Moral theology explores the impact of faith on attitudes, actions and values. It draws on scripture, tradition, reason and human sciences to promote ethical thinking and respect for human dignity and the common good. As a moral theology student, you'll explore the relationship between moral theology, and personal and community responsibilities as they relate to contemporary social, economic, cultural, biomedical and environmental concerns.
If you're interested in pursuing moral theology further, our industry connections can connect you with a range of relevant Catholic organisations – including the Queensland Bioethics Centre (QBC), a bioethics research and education consultancy operated jointly by ACU and the Archdiocese of Brisbane.
